Complaints

All complaints should be directed to the Practice Manger of The Medical Clinic Millicent.  You can do this by either making a time to meet with her, writing to her, email or by phone. The Medical Clinic Millicent will endeavour to resolve any issue you may have directly.  Our practice also has a complaints box adjacent to reception and also a suggestion box located at reception for any ideas or improvements you may like to inform us of.

However, if you feel your complaint cannot be resolved then you can forward your compliant to the Health Complaints commissioner  on
